actual conversation. 😂 Talk about something personal, talk about anything that isn't sex or hockey. The door was open this past episode when Shane was asking about Ilya's father. That could've been a great moment to let them open up but it didn't happen. I get that they don't know how to be vulnerable with the other but we're 5 episodes into an 8 episode season so they need to start working on that already. It's also why both need someone they can talk to honestly which neither have. Them being so isolated would work better in a book because you can have an internal monologue on page but onscreen you need more.
All that said, I do like the show just fine and I'm happy it's such a hit. I hope they get many more seasons and I will watch them all.
