Untrained eye sees suspected dry rot in some of the siding. They also never updated the kitchen or bathroom counters. 🥴
Over 2,000 sf and in a decent area near the canals, but I’ll bet not worth the $555K asking price. It’s two stories so not something we can do.
It seems many sellers are trying to move problematic properties while they think the going is good. 🤷🏻♀️ it’s mostly … not.
That may sit for a bit. Then again I thought that 2,300 sf home on 43rd avenue at $450K would be in contract by now but it’s not, and that one is priced right.
