mistake, I hope the customer realizes it and comes in to fix it. Unfortunately, you have to know how much you have in your wallet to notice that you have $52 too much. So it’s entirely possible that she doesn’t even realize what happened. If she did it on purpose, she probably thinks the store took the hit, not you personally. Do you think you’d recognize her if she came in again?
