Like Vaseline, Kleenex, cellophane. I believe he is stupid enough to believe that the brand name is the product.

When I was in training development, we had to make sure that our requirements for products or capabilities were descriptive and not trademarked. We couldn't have an "icon" requirement. We had to call it a graphical user interface. He's just a dolt, so it's more difficult with him.
