This was clearly during one of my GH breaks. I do recall that a number of characters were brought over from OLTL: Todd, John McBain, Starr, Tea, and Blair. And then there was a legal fight and so some actors were let go but others were given new characters:

Todd became Franco
Starr became Kiki
John became Silas
