First of all, the car crash was 100% Curtis and Jordan's fault. If they just had to kiss, they could have pulled off to the side. Now the Dante has been told to track down the car that hit the guardrail and prosecute them.
If Brook hadn't been paying attention and swerved, the two car accident would probably have been much wore and she could well be in the hospital along with Jordan, maybe Curtis assuming none of them died.
Brook swerved, and as far she was concerned, avoided an accident. That she didn't go back to see if the other car continue to spin out of control is not the same thing as leaving the scene of a major accident.
I might feel different if it was an accident -- but to repeat myself -- Jordan and Curtis deciding to kiss while driving are 100% responsible for what happened to them. And they have no right to pin it on the person who avoided an accident and didn't notice the crash as she rounded a corner.
