PCPD: Maxie was messy as fuq today. It should count for something that Lulu and Nathan showed up to tell him but Maxie just happened to have beat them to it. They were trying to do the right thing. I still say this story is missing several emotional beats that has resulted in the stakes not being as high as they should be. Did Maxie take a couple of weeks or at least several days to sort out her feelings? Nope. She picked Spinelli with lightning speed. And as Lulu told Nathan--she and Dante already had that talk when she wanted to rekindle and he let her down gently. I will admit that it probably isn't easy to see your ex with your best friend but no one is asking you to double date or have game nights together. Maxie made her choice and Dante is clearly interested in Elizabeth now. It's called moving on. The heart wants what it wants. And by the way. Does Nathan even know that following his death, Maxie moved on with his brother and had his baby? Does Nathan even know he has a second niece? Run tell that Maxie! But getting with your best friend's ex is such a betrayal! 🤨

Must be in the Aztec Princess blood. I wouldn't be thrilled about my bestie moving on with the Ex but beats the hell out of your bestie hooking up with your current (and yes I have been there... and that poop scars you for life). I am pretty sure I remember someone discussing with Nathan the fact that after he died Maxie was vulnerable and hooked up with he who shall not be named.

Crimson: I guess the clothing budget has really taken a hit. I don't know how else to explain Charlotte wearing a headband for a skirt! She's lanky but I didn't think that was appropriate at all. And why oh why do people have such private conversations with a door ajar? What will Nancy Drew do with this juicy intel she just overheard? On a side note, Nina looked fabulous today. That was great color on her and her eyeliner was on point!

Scarlett is tall... made the skirt look much shorter. Lulu won't let her out of her sight but lets her dress like a Bratz doll. Makes no sense... which makes perfect sense! CW has great posture and carries herself with such grace... it makes whatever she is wearing look great. It really is a gift.

Joss/Trina's Apartment: Aside for the Cullum intel, I feel like Jack and WSBarbie are having the same conversation over and over. I'm bored. I think a missed opportunity here was to not have Joss investigating sex trafficking. Perhaps a foreign student enrolls and is drugging female students, who disappear. Joss discovers who it is but before she can act, the girl drugs Trina and Emma and Joss has to save them. This cold fusion stuff ain't it! I am glad Valentin showed her she isn't as good as she thinks she is. He got onto the property, into the apartment and was chilling on the couch--all while she was in the shower.

I agree... and as much as Cullum annoys me and creeps me out he was needed. He add a layer of legidimate feeling danger which was lacking. Valentin is a believable super spy and it was great that he put Joss in her place without harming a hair on her head. I don't care what her motivation is to be in the WSB... I just do not want her to ever say she does not want to be there. While I don't think she has developed great spy skills yet... I am not oppossed to her working on it and being a legit super spy... especially as it seems to may Snarls very upset. Bonus!

Casa de Carly: Oooo. The morning after. I guess Valentin put it down last night because Carly is ready to make the man breakfast LOL. I am glad Jason caught them today. I am even more glad that Valentin refused to leave when Jason told him to get out. I still say Joss's vendetta to bring down Sonny is a plot point. She's been WSBarbie for nearly a year and has made zero moves or mentions of this. But now, she's ALL about it. Jason and Carly have the weirdest relationship. Neither one of them knows what a boundary is.

But Carly's breakfast is probably a cup of Corrinthos Coffee and a pop tart. I would like to say that Snarly and Borgy Boo but the FUN in dysfunction but there is nothing fun about those too. I wish they would ride off into the sunset together and never ever return.

Casa de Cain: Sidwell continues to work my nerve. Oh, the last thing I want to do is make you feel like you're under another man's thumb--three seconds later--proceeds to coerce her to abide by his plans. I'm so over this villain. Everything is just way to easy for him.

Sidwell loves being sugary sweet on the surface while making it crystal clear he is anything but... like a mound of buttercream frosting on an arsenic cupcake. As I have said before, I could deal with it if we got to see more of him doing dastardly things. He needs to kill someone else... I mean... we don't really need Pascal... or Lucy... or Marco... let us see him killing any one of them... or heck... all three. Do it Sidwell... Do it!
