1. Breaking and entering
2. Tampering with evidence
3. Tampering with a crime scene
4. Theft (they stole the lab results)

They would be on the hook for some serious charges. The smart thing to do here is hire a freaking lawyer. Trina already mentioned maybe getting immunity. Who better to negotiate that than a lawyer, morons!
