If she’s acquitted then that’s it. She can’t be retried for shooting him. I could totally see Drew having Willow committed. It would help him save face. “My wife is mentally unwell and thus—Ferncliff will be handling her care, until she is well again.”

I thought of this yesterday, if she's acquitted and then tells Drew she's the one that shot him and goes off on him. It could be interesting. But closing arguments haven't even been made yet, are they going to sit on this and do the closing arguments anyway?

I saw someone on X yesterday say Alexis will be told about this by Trina & Kai and she'll confront willow. But Willow will then blackmail her into not saying anything, in return she'll help her keep seeing Scout and also threaten to tell Drew about Danny being there at Christmas which would lead to her not seeing Scout anymore. And if she gets acquitted she can continue seeing Scout.

The problem with that scenario is that Kai and Trina know the truth and would wonder why that evidence was ignored.
