Is on another level. In one day he taunted Ned and left him on the ground gasping for air, was smug toward Nina and her hooker assistant. Trying to remember who else he treated like 💩. The level of smugness and the amount of people he treats like 💩 is just on another level. It's cartoonish at this point. He should grow a long mustache and stroke it every time he is smug or treats someone like crap.
