I googled and found this answer:

Alexa Havins, isn't in the General Hospital opening credits because she wasn't available for the last cast photo shoot. The show only updates these photos periodically, and new cast members are added after the next photo session.

This explains why Rory (NuMichael) isn't in there yet.
