She tried to take the kids behind Michael's back off the Q estate the night her affair was exposed. The whole possibly withholding medical care for Michael after he was burned unless she got the kids. Taking Wylie out of state and banging Drew in a hotel room with Wylie there. Running around town wearing the wedding ring Michael gave her while declaring her epic love for Drew to anyone who would hear. That's just a couple examples from before the custody battle even started. That cheese has been coming off the cracker for a while now.
