And nobody in Port Charles seems to care. I could understand the story if Sidwell were brought in as a new character and the audience was clued into a history the other residents of Port Charles were unaware of.
But from day one it was known that Sidwell was a kidnapper and attempted to murder Lucky, Isaiah and Anna. I have on issue with Sonny's history being used to end end his empire. But nobody publicly bringing up Sidwell's criminal history with prominent Port Charles residents weakens the storyline. It would be one thing if someone else was the front man for the kidnapping and attempted murder of Lucky, et al., and then THE AUDIENCE discovered Sidwell was actually the mastermind, it would be one thing.
But since Sidwell's criminal activities were well known from the beginning, it weakens the storyline.
