I understand why Sasha didn't want to deal with demanding grandparents because she had a one night stand with Michael.

Since Daisy will grown up knowing Michael is her father ... because everybody around her knows he's her father, and it won't keep Carly and Sonny for considering themselves grandparents. Daisy is rightfully going to wonder why her dad didn't list himself as her father and why she doesn't have his last name.

It only would have worked if NOBODY knew Michael was the father and Shasha left Port Charles with her daughter.
