It's hard to have sympathy for the fact that Michael is keeping her from her kids, when that is exactly what she intended to do to him.

She had the opportunity to go for joint custody and decided to go for full custody taking the risk it wouldn't go her way. She has no issue with full custody -- as long as it was hers.
