I accepted this job. I never wanted to be in retail to begin with but I'd been in our store before and saw it was never terribly busy, so I thought it would be better to start somewhere with a slower pace. I also, VERY mistakenly, thought higher end clothing store = higher pay, but alas, no. Our brand keeps raising their prices but not raising anyone's salary. And then we get to deal with rude, entitled, insufferable people on top of that.
