i have not - and i have no intention - of reading the books, i've always just been in it for the show and this means I am not caught up in the whole, "WHAT?! *THAT* didn't happen in the books!" argument when the story goes sideways. LOL
I really, REALLY love S1 - 3. S4 - 6 I struggled with and almost stopped watching until Brianna and Roger went back to the 80s and now? I'm just in it for the end. I also really LIKE Roger, which is apparently unpopular. The love scene between him and Brianna this past week was hard to watch, LOL. But i love Roger!!!
This week, they killed Fergus and i'm about as upset as I can be. I also think it appears they 'wrote in' the resurrection of Faith, maybe to tie into Claire's newfound healing power...you know, if Master Raymond could do it to Faith then it makes sense Claire can heal - i'm guessing she'll have to heal Jamie after this big battle and end up killing herself in the process. and I'm not sad about that. Once again, i've been plagued by a series where I really don't like the main character. I sure do like her STORY, tho!!!
I was halfway hoping they would discover Faith was actually Lisette and Prince Charles baby, named after Claire's lost daughter and Lisette learned the song when she visited Claire at the hospital. I wanted this to be true because for WHATEVER reason, I am all in on the time travel, but not the healing power.
