My Google search just kept sending me to either the WorthPoint site or eBay. eBay isn't much help as the same product can be offered by different sellers for VASTLY different prices. I noted the same HoJo "Simple Simon the Pieman" plate going for $49 on one seller's page and $6.99 on another. I suppose it just comes down to how much someone is willing to pay. I'm hoping someone has a WorthPoint subscription because if I'm understanding the site, they have professionals who value items rather than regular sellers just guessing what something is worth.

I'm a bit of a pessimist when it comes to treasures from the attic ("hoping to find one" notwithstanding <g>). I truly feel that if I ever did find something of value, my luck would be to have a buyer who'd deliberately low ball me and I wouldn't know they were doing it.
