if we haven't seen someone in a while, hugs are given both at arrival and departure.

We don't hug all the time, but fairly regularly.

WorK? The few times it's happened is because either someone was upset (previous jobs) or at my current job; the one regional hugged everyone as we left for the day. This was the night before the big company meeting where she was leading a couple of seminars.
