times I've been driving in the snow and the driver behind me is so close, I can't even see grill, let alone headlights... Also, I still can't get over the night I was driving home in a blizzard and not once but TWICE had the car behind me pass not just me but the two cars in front of me. Yes, the two cars in front of me were driving TOO slowly (and yes, that's a thing...you're right to aim for 5-10 MPH under the speed limit because driving 12 MPH in a 45 MPH was not only annoying the rest of us, it was forcing us to occasionally slam on our brakes and causing us to skid a little), but that's not a good excuse to pass 3 cars at once. I don't even pass 3 cars at once on a beautiful sunny day.
