makes me feel slightly better about his choice of words, and I apologize for implying he does not have this particular symptom. But oh my gosh...his apology was all about HIM and not about how sorry he was for offending others, albeit inadvertently. "I'm sorry you were offended but think about how bad *I* feel!" is a terrible apology.
