but a quick Google shows coprolalia--shouting out obscene or "socially inappropriate" words--is actually rather rare. And shouting the N-word in the presence of Black people during a ceremony honoring other Black people seems a bit on the nose. Had the person just shouted out a random curse word (which apparently they also did), I would've found that more likely to be a symptom of Tourette's and not an expression of true feeling.
Also, I hate that the host, in apologizing for the outburst, chose to use the words "strong language" as opposed to what it actually was: offensive language.
