that bias is probably throwing me off in my opinion of her performance. I haven’t seen Hamnet yet either.
As for Rose Byrne, I first became aware of her in a series called Damages, which also stars Glenn Close. It’s almost 20 years old now, but I think it probably holds up just fine, and I would recommend that. Bridesmaids is a fun movie, although RB’s performance is a sort of straight man/foil for the more comedic performances of Kristen Wiig, Melissa McCarthy, and Maya Rudolph. I also really enjoyed RB in a series called Physical. Any of those would be a good place to start, but there’s a lot to choose from.
