My anxiety has been incredibly high the past few days, just from driving. So much so that I had some chest pains and ended up going to the ER (it was determined to be muscular pain and not anything with my heart, which was a relief!!! I think honestly it's poorly fitting bras and heavy boobage causing the pain, I haven't bought new bras after losing weight).
