and you are trying to do both at the same time!! I'm not surprised you had a panic attack, i would have had several by now with what you all have gone through.

opening walls seems to always reveals SOME kind of issue, but fixing the not-seeable/pretty things is probably the most important thing you can do.

when it's time to move in, you'll know you found everything there is to be found and you'll sleep soundly!
