post-Christmas sales aren't what they used to be. Too many people snatch up (almost) everything before Christmas, so there's not as much to put on sale after Christmas. And what does go on sale after Christmas often isn't as discounted as I would like and IT gets snatched up pretty quickly. I miss the days of having 75% off sales after Christmas AND having there still be some decent stuff left a few days later.
