I don't know why I gave up on it when I watched the first few episodes in 2014 (too much toxic masculinity? John Slattery who always plays the worst characters? Too much other stuff to watch? I don't know). I've been meaning to give it a second chance, and I'm glad I did, as I'm definitely hooked.
It is a bit weird to see Annie from Community married to Conner from Angel though :P I think when I gave it a chance, I only knew Allison Brie (not sure I ever got to see Trudy) and John Slatterly. I know much more of the cast now.
