It's fake (got it as a closeout with a discount at Lowe's last year or the year before...still very new to me), but we treat it like it's a real tree that would have to stay up until at least January 6th, Three Kings Day, Epiphany, Little Christmas (your presents are late if they arrive on or before January 6th).
