granted, the weather was not great, it was cloudy and SUPER windy. we had torrential rains Thurs night into Friday, so wet and soggy as well.

and the only kids in the 'hood are really young, i'm not surprised Mom and Dads opted out. the littles won't even remember.

but it was disappointing to me. not to hubby who proceeded to eat the whole bag of candy over the weekend. LOL
