I noticed tonight when I looked up and down our street, only a few houses had their porch lights on. Not sure if that was an economic decision or if everyone was at the local high school football game...or maybe some people just hate Halloween. We need a name for the Halloween equivalent of Scrooge. Hooge? Halloweenie?
