Holy crap has the anger been strong today. My worst day by far. I've had to step away from people to keep it in check. I've never had a problem with my temper before but, dang, this is testing me.

I saw my doctor this past week for a yearly checkup and talked to her about it. She is doing some blood work and I'll go back to see her in a couple weeks. Maybe I can manage to not land in jail before then. 🤣
