I’d research the company that owns this house including their history of other houses they’ve previously flipped and the company’s BBB rating and previous customer reviews. I did this kind of research when we were looking for a reputable flipper to sell my mom’s house to (because sis and I didn’t want to spend the time in FL or money updating it ourselves). It’s a different beast if you’re buying from professional flippers, not individuals who lived in a house for a long time. You have way more trust in your realtor than I have in realtors in general.
