Their inspection reports show a bunch of small things but they will add up to $20K or so. Since we're VA we will have to do full inspection and pest anyway.

If it's bad, we will ask for a credit. That's IF our offer is accepted.

I wish we could go over $600K but we just cannot. Most over $600K are staying on the market a long time.
