Interestingly, my store manager has the exact same phone as I do (well, the same make and model). I told her previously about being annoyed by the change in how we answer our phones and then today I told her about figuring out how to set my preference to "big ol' blocks that say either 'decline' or 'answer' and you just hit the one you want". She was all "oh yeah...I did that to my phone a while ago after that last update". Well sheesh, why didn't you tell ME how to do the same when I complained about hating the change to how we answer our phone?
