swimming later this afternoon. I’m not 100% yet but I’m well on my way back from this awful leg injury. The foot and ankle still swells and it still hurts to put full wait on the injured leg. But all the “burned” skin is healed and replaced with new skin. I think being in the water for a long swim and some water walking will help the swelling which is probably a main source of the pain at this point. At any rate, it feels good to be starting to get back to getting out and about.
