and she was - as always - super thorough, so i'm glad and a wee bit sore.

but man, if you have any kind of post-cancer screenings, you know there's a niggle of straight out fear with these appointments and its so nice to leave without a script for an ultrasound or even worse, an MRI.

so i treated myself to a Pumpkin Spice Latte at Dunkin. Helpful hint for those who get heartburn after one - ask for THREE flavor pumps, not 4. it will save you a Tums or two.
