dream is the live by the canals, and ideally also close to the Sac River or the Greenbelt (we live by both rn but the canals are about 1 1/2 miles SSW).
Lavender House is a block from the canals (maybe closer) and maybe six blocks (via the Canals) to the Greenbelt. Gray House is also a block north of the canals. And a little further to the Greenbelt. It is closer to the River, actually.
Both houses are also near Renfree Park, a very nice park just north of the canals.
I would die of happiness if we got a place over there. DIE.
