I've always loved barbecue chicken but it can be a pain to cook because it takes so long. I'll never forget going over to my brother's one year for a bbq and he asked what we wanted and my mom and I both wanted bbq chicken. So he took the chicken, boiled it, and then put it on the grill for maybe 5 minutes to warm it up and put some sauce on it. It was terrible and we were so disappointed.
That honestly might have been the last time I had any that wasn't made at a restaurant and it was two houses ago for him, lol. I'm just so happy to finally live somewhere I can make it!!!
