My orthopedist sent me for three weeks of PT, but I won't see him until the end of the month. I didn't want to have any setbacks or not make progress before the next appointment, so I'm doing PT in between.

It's been...uncomfortable and we're finding more parts of my body that aren't...performing as expected. It's gotta be good for me.
