same time I saw Janet Planet, which is another good A24 indie. These are my kind of summer movies. I am very fortunate that one of my two main movie theaters in Brooklyn is BAM (Brooklyn Academy of Music) which screens a lot of indie and foreign films. It’s where I saw Sorry, Baby last week (also A24). My other movie theater mostly screens more mainstream Hollywood blockbusters. That’s where I see movies like Wicked.
But, yeah, I am a big indie film fan and a big fan of A24. I also want movie theaters to continue to exist so I see a good amount of movies in a theater. HBO Max has a deal with A24 so, if I miss an A24 film in the theater, I can catch it on HBO.
