Verizon usually has specials with "free" upgrades to the newest and latest iPhone.

I had an iPhone 13 and just recently upgraded to a 16 Pro. I think I went 3 years with that one. The only reason I upgraded this time was because the face id wasn't working right and the side button was finiky, so I was done messing with that. lol
