So when you walk in from outside, in the foyer there's a half set of stairs down, half set up. The kitchen, three bedrooms, and living room (which I am making the dining room) are upstairs, then there's the rec room/family room and another bedroom downstairs.
I would have preferred a traditional two story home with a basement but for some reason in the 70s and 80s, builders in this area went ALL IN on split-level homes. I guess it was a way to give people a basement without having to dig too deep, I don't know.
And I keep looking at patio sets - unfortunately I didn't have anywhere to store it until we closed and there were SO many great sets on sale that are now sold out. I'm going to find something asap though!
And the seller left an allweather rug in the garage, it's blue and white and I'm putting that sucker down pronto!
