sexually assaulted? I read thru 99% of their text messages and didn't see a smoking gun. TP did apologize to him, but I would describe their interaction as friendly and engaging. TP did mention the testosterone he's taking made him very horny. He was clearly fishing there and Derek didn't take the bait, but at no time did I see Derek ask him to stop or mention he was uncomfortable.
I think at the heart of this is Derek being pissed that TP bought the rights to his pilot, but nothing has come to fruition after that. Hence, the lawsuit.
