I'd probably get a nose job too. I Have that Barbra Streisand bump, an absolute PITA with CPAP. I wouldn't Jennifer Grey it.

Have you tried the masks that go under the nose and over the mouth? I use that one, they wanted me to try the nose pillows but alas I am a mouth breather, LOL. I didn't want the full mask that goes over the nose, my brother has that kind and for a while there he was frequently breaking out on the bridge of his nose. It's called the Air Fit F30 for ResMed.
