Last Thursday afternoon, I received a request for my resume and cover letter...tailored cover letter and sent on Friday morning...

So yesterday afternoon (Monday): Thank you for applying. Our needs led us to a different direction.

At least I didn't have to go through an interview, but at this point I've just given up hope :-/
