I really like Xavier Becerra and wish he would rise higher. He has more experience than anyone in this field having been our AG, the HHS Secretary, a member of Congress and a brief stint in the Assembly.
They are all talking single payer. I am not a fan of the current iteration. At all. It is half baked. It would fold Medicare in, and yeah, that'd kill the party. I think I would appreciate everything else he stands for, but until the single payer concept really gets its act together, I am a big no.
