He will be under a lot of pressure - more progressive leftists (to the extent we even have a left in the US - Europe, Australia, and Canada at the least would likely say we don't) need to either show that their ideas can work, or come up with new ideas. And I don't know the answers here, truly. A lot of his ideas, I'm skeptical could work but I'd like them to. Don't know about the grocery stores? Is he talking about bodegas? LEAVE THEM ALONE, they're one of the best parts of NYC.
So this is definitely going to be a test. He signed up for it - he needs to deliver in one way or another.
But honestly, it could have been basically any of them except Cuomo. Cuomo needs to be cut out of public life. I'm disappointed in some of the people who endorsed him, like Jim Clyburn. How could we talk about Trump being a sexual predator if we hadn't shown this piece of human trash the door?
